Consultations on the development of research career path are carried out under Excellence Initiative – Research University programme, Task IV.1.3 From diamond grant to ERC grant – creation of individual plans for the development of scientific career path.

The aim of the Task IV.1.3 is to provide a personalised approach to the development of the career path of research staff at the University of Warsaw, as well as to provide advice to doctoral students and undergraduates who plan to develop their professional career in reseach.
