10 października odbędzie się konferencja podsumowująca dotychczasowy udział Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego oraz innych polskich uniwersytetów w sojuszach europejskich w ramach projektów realizowanych w programach UE Erasmus+ oraz Horyzont 2020.
Uniwersytet Warszawski jako jeden z pięciu polskich uniwersytetów znalazł się w gronie 17 konsorcjów, które w czerwcu 2019 roku otrzymały grant w pierwszym pilotażowym konkursie Komisji Europejskiej „Uniwersytety Europejskie”, finansowanym z programu Erasmus+.
– W ciągu ponad trzech lat trwania projektu „The 4EU+ Alliance” podejmowano działania dotyczące zwiększenia mobilności, w tym tzw. mobilności wirtualnej, tworzenia wspólnych ścieżek kształcenia oraz rozwijania m.in. kompetencji miękkich studentów, doktorantów, nauczycieli akademickich oraz pracowników administracji UW – mówi prof. Sambor Grucza, prorektor UW ds. współpracy i spraw pracowniczych.
Współpraca edukacyjna pomiędzy uczelniami partnerskimi 4EU+ będzie kontynuowana w kolejnych latach z wykorzystaniem środków przyznanych Sojuszowi z Programu Erasmus+ w ramach projektu: One Comprehensive European Research University (1CORE). Współpraca w zakresie budowania długofalowej strategii w zakresie badań naukowych i innowacji będzie rozwijana zaś w ramach projektu pn.: Transforming ReseArch & INnovation agendas and support in 4EU+, realizowanego przez Sojusz 4EU+ w programie Horyzont 2020.
Wymiana doświadczeń
Podczas spotkania na UW zaprezentowane zostaną dotychczasowe działania edukacyjne i badawcze, a także inne wspólne inicjatywy mające na celu pogłębienie i zacieśnienie współpracy pomiędzy członkami Sojuszu 4EU+ oraz wymiany doświadczeń między polskimi członkami Uniwersytetów Europejskich.
W wydarzeniu udział wezmą również przedstawiciele innych sojuszy Uniwersytetów Europejskich, reprezentanci środowiska naukowego w Polsce, w tym m.in. Ministerstwa Edukacji i Nauki, Fundacji Rozwoju Systemu Edukacji, pełniącej funkcję Narodowej Agencji Programu Erasmus+ i Europejskiego Korpusu Solidarności, oraz Narodowej Agencji Wymiany Akademickiej (NAWA).
Konferencja odbędzie się 10 października w godz. 10.00–15.00 w auli Starego BUW-u na kampusie przy Krakowskim Przedmieściu.

The conference summarising the so far participation in the 4EU+ European University Alliance
All members of the community of the University of Warsaw: academic teachers, students, PhD candidates as well as administrative staff, to a conference summarising the so far participation of the University of Warsaw and other Polish universities in European alliances in the framework of projects implemented under the EU Erasmus+ and Horizon 2020 programmes.
The conference will be held on 10th October (Mon) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the former University Library (Old BUW) at 26/28 Krakowskie Przedmieście Street.
The University of Warsaw, as one of the five Polish universities, was among 17 consortia that in June 2019 received a grant in the first pilot call of the European Commission „European Universities”, financed by the Erasmus+ programme. Over the three years of the „The 4EU+ Alliance” project many actions have been taken to increase mobility, including the so-called virtual mobility, create common learning pathways and develop, inter alia, soft skills of students, academic teachers and administrative staff of the University of Warsaw.
Cooperation in building a long-term strategy in the field of research and innovation will be further developed by the 4EU+ Alliance under the project: Transforming ReseArch & INnovation agendas and support in 4EU+ in the Horizon 2020 programme. Educational cooperation between 4EU+ partner universities will be continued in the following years under the project: One Comprehensive European Research University (1CORE) co-funded by the European Union Erasmus+ Programme. Joint activities will be implemented by seven partner universities of the 4EU+: the University of Warsaw, Heidelberg University, Charles University in Prague, the University of Copenhagen, the University of Milan, Sorbonne University, and the University of Geneva – the new member of the Alliance.
We would like this conference to be an opportunity for the participants to get acquainted with the current 4EU+ educational and research and other joint activities aimed at deepening and strengthening cooperation between the members of the Alliance. It will also facilitate the exchange of experience between Polish members of various European Universities.
We will, therefore, be very pleased if you accept our invitation to participate in the conference.
We have also invited representatives of the scientific community in Poland to participate in the conference, including the Ministry of Education and Science, the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, acting as the National Agency of the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps, and the National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA).
